Overview
This HHMI Yeshiva / discipleship teaching set contains four teachings showing the two houses in the New Testament and the role of Yeshua the Messiah to gather the exiles of Israel. The first teaching explains how the resurrection of Lazarus (John 11) is an allusion to the role of Yeshua the Messiah to gather the exiles of Israel. The second teaching explains how the exiles of Israel are regarded as being leprous and an adulterous wife. Yeshua's healing of the ten lepers in Luke 17 is an allusion to the ten tribes of the Northern Kingdom. The third teaching covers when Yeshua was asked when the re-gathering of the exiles of Israel would physically happen (Acts 1:6). Yeshua taught those who followed Him would be 'fishers of men' (Matthew 4:19). This is an allusion to the exiles of Israel (Jeremiah 16;14_16, Ezekiel 34:31, 36:10). The fourth teaching explains Paul's conversion in Acts 9 and Peter's vision in Acts 10. Paul was a chosen vessel of Yeshua to go into the nations proclaiming Yeshua as the Messiah and the ingathering of the exiles. (4 Video DVDs)
